Windhoek: Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Namibia has officially launched its 2026 Under-the-Cap promotion, offering consumers an opportunity to win a share of N$1 million in cash prizes. The initiative, which kicked off on Tuesday, will run from 01 September to 31 December 2026.
According to Namibia Press Agency, the promotion has seen an impressive participation rate, with over 100,000 entries recorded in just the first two weeks. Over the past two years, the initiative has rewarded more than 6,800 Namibians with prizes, including microwaves, refrigerators, weekly cash rewards, and airtime.
This year's promotion promises a N$50,000 grand prize, alongside weekly cash prizes of N$5,000, airtime, and a loyalty prize. Speaking at the launch event, Faith Nehanda, Coca-Cola East and Central Africa Franchise Senior Marketing Manager, stated that the promotion is designed to reward consumers for their ongoing support of the company and its brands. Nehanda emphasized the company's commitment to offering a variety of beverage options while creating memorable experiences for consumers.
Henry Friedrich, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Namibia General Manager, highlighted the promotion's role in creating opportunities for consumers, customers, and retail partners. Friedrich noted that every Coca-Cola moment reflects the collective efforts of employees, customers, suppliers, retailers, and logistics partners. Trust, he added, is crucial in maintaining consumer relationships and ensuring quality experiences.
The products participating in the promotion include Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta, Sprite, Twist, Sparletta, and Stoney. The company has urged consumers to follow the official entry process, adhere to instructions, and ensure their contact details remain active and accurate throughout the promotion period.
