Outapi: Voting in the Omusati Region capital of Outapi started in earnest on Wednesday, with winding lines being observed around town. Regional Governor Erginus Endjala was one of the first people to cast their votes at the Ombalantu Traditional Authority offices. Speaking to the media after casting his vote, Endjala called on the inhabitants of Omusati Region to head to the polls in big numbers and vote.According to Namibia Press Agency, Endjala emphasized that everybody should come out and vote, as only through voting will their voices be heard. "I encourage all Namibians to come out in their thousands and to cast their vote because this is the only time we will determine the future of this country. Through voting, we are also able to make the changes our people need," he said.He added that voters are given the opportunity to vote for their preferred candidate for the Presidential and National Assembly. The Chief of the Ombalantu Traditional Authority, Oswin Mukulu, also cast his vote and encouraged you ng voters especially to go out and vote.
