Rehoboth Gets Ready to Show and Shine

Day and Night Entertainment and the Rehoboth Motor Club are hosting part two of their Brag Nights series on the 27 September 2014. The event is exactly as the name describes and is all about showing off your pride and joy.

“The streets as well as the racetracks in Namibia are filled with tuned and accessorised vehicles these days, from interior, exterior as well as engine modifications. Brag Nights provide an opportunity for these individuals to display their rides for everyone to see and appreciate,” says organiser Nadia van Wyk.

“At these events, we provide the car enthusiast with an opportunity to get together and share ideas with other enthusiasts, but also to relax and enjoy,” she added.

The first event was held in Windhoek earlier this year and this installment will be hosted in Rehoboth at the Rehoboth Sports Grounds.

The organisers have partnered with CompuTicket to ensure that access is controlled, local security companies to see to it that everything runs smooth as well as Zion Entertainment Centre which will provide the refreshments on the day.

Making sure the atmosphere is right on the day will be the hottest DJs and Meat Master will be in charge of seeing to it that everyone can enjoy some nice braaivleis as well.

The event is sponsored by Red Square Reload and there will be great gifts and specials on the day.

The entrants on the day will be judged in various classes and there will be prizes andor prize money available to the winners in the different classes.

“We invite all car clubs, car enthusiasts and the general public to join us on this day and relax with a bunch on petrol heads,” Van Wyk went on to say.

Gates open from 10h00 and close at 22h00. N$ 50 gets you in N$ 100 if you want to enter the competition. Children under 12 enter free and discounts apply for car clubs arriving with 10 or more cars.
